This no bake chocolate mousse cheesecake recipe uses HERSHEY'S Cocoa and cream cheese to create an extra rich filling. It's the fluffy, chocolatey, easy chocolate mousse pie that will have people going back for seconds.

  • 1/2 cup
    whipping creme chilled
  • 1-1/2 cups
    powdered sugar, divided
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup
    HERSHEY'S Cocoa
  • 1 package
    cream cheese (8 oz.), softened
  • 19 inch
    chocolate flavored crumb crust, 6 oz. packaged or homemade

Beat whipping cream, 1/2 cup powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff; set aside. Stir together remaining 1 cup powdered sugar and cocoa in small bowl.


Try substituting vanilla extract with 1/2 teaspoon almond extract and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract for a subtle almond flavor.


Beat cream cheese in separate bowl until fluffy. Gradually beat in sugar and cocoa mixture, beating until blended. Lighten mixture by blending half of whipped cream into chocolate mixture. Fold in remaining whipped cream. Spoon into crust.


Refrigerate several hours or until firm. Garnish as desired.
