Coffee and chocolate go together great. And when they're combined with sweetened condensed milk in this smooth, creamy mocha fudge recipe, everyone will be wondering where you got the recipe.

  • 4 tsps
    powdered instant coffee
  • 2 tsps
    vanilla extract
  • 2 cups
    HERSHEY'S SPECIAL DARK Chocolate Chips or HERSHEY'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (12-oz. pkg.)
  • 1 cup
    HERSHEY'S Milk Chocolate Chips
  • 1 can
    sweetened condensed milk (14 oz.) (not evaporated milk)
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1 cup
    chopped nuts

Step-By-Step Directions

Line 8- or 9-inch square pan with foil. Dissolve instant coffee in vanilla; set aside.


Combine semi-sweet chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, milk and coffee mixture in large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at MEDIUM (50%) 1 minute; stir. If necessary, microwave at MEDIUM an additional 15 seconds at a time, stirring after each heating, until chips are melted and mixture is smooth when stirred. Stir in nuts.

Baking Tip

Add 1 cup chopped nuts for additional flavor and texture.


Spread evenly in prepared pan. Cover; refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. Remove from pan; place on cutting board. Peel off foil; cut into squares. Store covered in cool, dry place. About 64 pieces or 2 pounds.

NOTE: For best results, do not double this recipe.
