Fudge with a French twist, this refreshingly cool blend of HERSHEY’S Cocoa, chocolate pudding and whipped cream is a dream mixture that melts in your mouth. A perfect summer dessert that will have your family saying “Ooh-la-la!”

  • 1 package
    chocolate cook & serve pudding and pie filling mix (4 serving size)
  • 2 cups
    half and half or whole milk
  • 1 cup
    HERSHEY'S SPECIAL DARK Chocolate Chips or HERSHEY'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup
    sweetened whipped cream
  • 1/4 tsp
    HERSHEY'S Cocoa

Step-By-Step Directions

Stir together pudding mix and half-and-half in medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a full boil. Remove from heat.


For a milder chocolate flavor use vanilla cook & serve pudding and pie filling mix.


Add chocolate chips; stir until chips are melted and mixture is smooth.


Spoon into demitasse cups or small dessert dishes. Press plastic wrap directly onto surface. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled. Garnish with whipped cream; sift cocoa over top, if desired.


Do not use instant pudding mix.
