Looking to stretch the boundaries of your white creme chip blondie brownies? Spruce them up with a little cranberry and apricot! The tasty result is a festive fruited treat that works as a dessert or snack.
Heat oven to 325°F. Grease and flour 9-inch square baking pan.
Melt butter in medium saucepan. Stir in 1 cup white creme chips; remove from heat. Beat eggs in large bowl until foamy. Add sugar; beat until thick and pale yellow in color. Add flour, orange juice and white creme chip mixture; beat just until combined. Spread one-half of batter, about 1-1/4 cups, in prepared pan.
Bake 15 minutes or until edges pull away from side of pan; remove from oven.
Stir cranberries, apricots and remaining 1 cup white creme chips into remaining one-half of batter; spread over top of hot baked mixture. Stir together nuts and brown sugar; sprinkle over top.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until edges are lightly browned and pull away from side of pan. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars.
