In a small saucepan, heat heavy cream, corn syrup and vanilla extract. Set aside.

Place sugar in a medium size saucepan and let it melt on medium heat until amber color.

Turn off the heat and carefully pour the heavy cream while continuously whisking. Let cool down.

Add the butter and mix to combine. Let cool down.

In a medium size bowl, beat cream cheese until softened.

Pour salted caramel sauce and mix to combine.
